Shipping Policy
This policy applies to sourcing (Canada). This policy is intended to give you a clear understanding of our shipping policies and procedures. After placing an order in our store, please read it carefully.
Shipping, Processing and Order Times
- The order deadline is 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00) for Central Europe.
- Order processing time is 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Typically, shipments are on the way for 8-10 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China to the customer.
- Shipping Cost: Free Shipping
Cancellation of order
Your order will be fully refunded if you cancel it within 12 hours of purchase. Please email us if you decide to cancel the order.
We work with a fully automated system, orders are immediately executed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be modified or refunded.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be generated. Please provide an accurate email address if you would like to track your order. Creating an account is not mandatory, but it makes it easier to track your package.
Change of address/telephone number
If you want to change the phone number or address reserved when ordering, please contact us as soon as possible before sending the order. Once the order is placed, we cannot change the information. In this case, you can request a return and place the order again.
The order cannot be tracked
If you have any issues with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the carrier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for tracking information to appear. In rare cases, tracking information may not be updated, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us for estimated delivery time.
